Lassi (Yogurt drink)

Lassi is a cultural favorite food of India, made with fresh yogurt, herbs and spices. 

  • 2 cups yogurt, plain
  • 6 cups water, cold
  • 3 t cardamom, ground
  • 2 t rose water
  • 1 t pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 cups chopped mint
  • 1/4 cup honey, raw
